Hard oxidation rectifier usage:
Dedicated to aluminum and AL alloy products surface hard oxidation treatment processes.
Hard oxidation rectifier features:
During oxidation processing, workpiece continuously generate gas, to hinder continuing of oxidation, which make the oxide film loose, porous, while pulse power is a rectifier of intermittent high-low current conversion working rectifier, that is conducive to precipitation of gas, easy film formation, the film thickness increases, the oxidation membrane more denser, hardness, thickness and color are all greatly improved. Currently oxidation power supply commonly used as DC power supply, the output do not have pulse, so the output generated relatively loose, and oxide film thickness, hardness, color all can’t reach the effect of pulse oxidation rectifiers;
Pulse superposition hard oxidation rectifier main technical characteristics:
A. Pulse rectifier effect is significant:
Pulse frequency is adjustable from 0.4-25Hz, our hard oxidation rectifier performance even over Italy CISART and TECNO rectifier, the max. frequency up to 3HZ, duty cycle is adjustable, step length 9.9ms;
Before and after the pulses are 90 vertical direction, which no ramp-up of the pulse, which is the most ideal for electrochemical process;
Base value pulses and superimposed level height adjustable random from zero.
B. Hard oxidation pulse rectifier performance is superior:
1-32 minutes adjustable soft-start time, and as the pulse soft-start, especially suitable for hard oxidation process;
1-256-minute running time can be adjusted (independent of the soft-start time), automatically shut down;
Variety of work options: pure pulse, pulse overlay, DC, etc;
In operation can be displayed at any pulse frequency, duty cycle, pulse-based high & peak all operating parameters, so you have complete control of which exactly state of the workpiece;
Under operation condition, the parameters can be freely modified, adjusted, ready storage, after power off, the saving time for 35 years, when the next starting will automatically run by the stored parameters;
According to aluminum, titanium anodization features, works method as current stabilization & voltage limiting work, to ensure a conductly sustainable and efficient oxidation, with the extension of electric solution power bath, the oxide film thickness increased, if the output voltage rises to the value set by security tree, the voltage stops rising, while crent gradually drop, which really protect the workpiece not ablation;
Complete safety and security measures, with variety of intelligent fault protection for over current, fault phase, phase sequence wrong, short circuit;
Transformer coil winding and bus all adopt high quality copper (Cu content 99.99%), good conductivity, higher current efficiency;
Transformer coil using two vacuum impregnation treatment process, with better insulation and corrosion resistance.

We are going to setup an anodizing line for normal anodizing on one tank and another tank for hard anodizing.Kindly advice the type of rectifier suitable for our operation. tank volume about 1200litre.and the cost and shipment for each retctifier. what is the anodizing process flow like and do we set to constant voltage or current.How much ampere is require for each tank.
Thank you
